1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ae67 ("ae67", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ae67 online betting and casino platform, including all services, features, content, games, and functionality made available at ae67.io and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces.

By accessing the ae67 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on ae67 and use its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-human legal persons may not register accounts on ae67.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current exclusion in effect on your ae67 account.
• You must be the person whose identification details are submitted during registration and KYC verification. Registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ae67 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.

ae67 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player does not meet these eligibility criteria or has provided false registration information.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ae67. ae67 uses technical and manual checks — including device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method matching — to detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual. If duplicate accounts are detected, ae67 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any winnings, and return deposits at its discretion.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ae67 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, support chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ae67 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ae67 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. At any time — and particularly prior to processing withdrawals — ae67 may request that you submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your ae67 account
• A selfie holding your identification document, if requested for enhanced verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent documentation, will result in account suspension and escalation to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ae67 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fee deductions will remain accessible to the account holder upon re-verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ae67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ae67 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the player's name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal minimum and maximum limits are published in the ae67 cashier section and may vary by payment method. ae67 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. ae67 does not impose processing fees on standard mobile money withdrawals to bKash and Nagad. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment providers.

ae67 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of bonus wagering requirements. Players will be informed of the reason for any delay and the expected resolution timeline.

4.4 Own Funds Only

Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and that have been obtained through lawful means. ae67 operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account subjected to enhanced due diligence review.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding once ae67's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. ae67 will not be held liable for bets that fail to register due to communication errors, network timeouts, or insufficient account balance at the time of placement. Players are advised to verify all bet confirmations before the commencement of the relevant event.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on ae67 are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed and confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted. ae67 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, remove events from offering, or void markets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, force majeure, incorrect pricing due to technical error, or confirmed or suspected match manipulation.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets — including real-time cricket, football, and other sports — are subject to faster odds movement and shorter acceptance windows than pre-match markets. ae67 uses automated systems to manage in-play pricing. In exceptional circumstances, ae67 may void in-play bets where a manifest pricing error has occurred due to a data feed failure or system malfunction.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

ae67 imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per day, which are published in the platform's sportsbook rules section. Winnings above the published maximum for a single market will be capped at the applicable limit, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed. ae67 reserves the right to adjust maximum winnings limits at any time.

5.5 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ae67 in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond the specified rescheduling window; clear and manifest pricing error attributable to a technical or data feed fault; detection of collusion or integrity concerns affecting the relevant event; or where the player has placed a bet while ineligible to do so under these Terms. Void bets result in a full refund of the stake to the player's ae67 account balance.

6 Casino Games

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ae67 support staff or other players through any communication channel

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ae67 platform — including but not limited to the ae67 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of ae67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ae67 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any ae67 content without express written permission from ae67. Any unauthorised use of ae67's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Privacy & Data

ae67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on ae67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and communication of service-related information.

ae67 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and ae67 servers. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text form, even by ae67 staff. ae67 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law, necessary for the operation of payment processing services, or where you have given explicit consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ae67 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the ae67 platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability
• Any technical interruption, server downtime, data corruption, or communication failure that results in the loss of a bet or inability to access your account
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information, statistics, odds, or other data provided through the ae67 platform
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed suppliers that affect your experience on ae67

In cases where ae67's liability cannot be excluded by law, ae67's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ae67 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

ae67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or where ae67 determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or ae67 itself.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting ae67 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. ae67 is not obliged to return funds that are under investigation or that were obtained in breach of these Terms.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Privacy & Data), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Amendments) — shall continue to apply after the closure of your ae67 account.

14 Amendments

ae67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ae67 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the ae67 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account. The revised Terms will become effective from the date of publication on ae67.io unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the ae67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
